How do I eat them?

One of our retailers has reported that a customer of theirs bought a jar, ate the chillies with a spoon and then drank the pickling vinegar. I’m not sure that everyone should do that but I do have an aunt who will work her way through a jar and then slice her own chillies into what remains just to eke out the good times.
Everyone has a different tolerance for hot food. Cowboy Candy delivers a sweet heat that shouldn’t scare you but should wake your palate up and remind you that food should be fun. Next time you are making a chilli con carne garnish with some Cowboy Candy. They go great with a welsh rarebit or stirred into a bowl of noodles. However you eat them, I am sure that you’ll enjoy and once you’ve run out of the chillies then try the vinegar in a salad dressing or add a little to your steamed cabbage, the acid finish will be a delight.
